Janice Bryant Howroyd is the CEO and Founder of Agile•1 and CEO of the largest certified woman minority-owned staffing company in the United States. She currently serves as a board member of the U.S. Department of Labor's Workforce Initiative Board, LA Economic Development Corporation, Women's Leadership Board's Committee of the Women and Public Policy Program of the John F. Kennedy School of Government (Harvard University), Academy of Business Leadership, Loyola Marymount University's Board of Regents, Los Angeles Urban League, Women in Film and other organizations.

Ms. Howroyd is also a member of a number of business and civic associations, including the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, Committee of 200, and International Women's Council (The Trusteeship). She was named by the Star Group as one of 50 Leading Woman Entrepreneurs of the World in a 1999 ceremony in the Principality of Monaco and again in the year 2000 in Spain -- the first African-American woman so honored. She has also been recognized by AT&T, Ford, Working Woman, the National Minority Supplier Development Council, and the NAACP, among others. Essence Magazine honored Ms. Howroyd as one of the 50 Most Inspiring African-Americans. Ms. Howroyd received her education from the University of Maryland and North Carolina A&T State University. She received an honorary doctorate in Humanities from North Carolina A&T State University.
Carlton Bryant, Chief Operating Officer
Carlton Bryant has been with Agile•1 since 1982. As chief information officer, he has been the driving force behind the strategic development of Agile•1's solutions and technology, ensuring the creation of a solution that streamlines the contingent staffing processes of Agile•1's clients.
Zia Islam, Director of Software Development
Zia Islam has assisted Agile•1's technological development since 1988. During his tenure at Agile•1, Zia has been developing software applications using C++, Java, Foxpro, Visual Basic, SQL Server, HTML, Dynamic HTML and CGI Scripting. He plays an integral role in designing, outlining and defining the functionality of Agile•1's technology systems.
Roni Levine, Director of Managed Services
With an extensive background in human resources, sales, customer service, contracts and marketing strategies, Roni is a key player in creating an effective and efficient contingent staffing process for Agile•1's clients. In the 12 years she has been a member of the Agile•1 team, she has gone from the branch manager level at ACT•1 Personnel Services to become our director of managed services at Agile•1. Roni is extremely knowledgeable of every facet of the staffing industry and now oversees the planning and implementation of all of Agile•1's on-site management offices.
J. Gregory Donovan, Director of Sales & Marketing
J. Gregory Donovan has over eight years of experience in HR technology, sales and strategy with particular experience in ATS solutions. Specific areas of expertise include global staffing, recruitment strategies, and HR and e-recruitment solutions. Formerly a founding member of an e-recruitment technology firm, Greg has held various recruitment consultant roles with such companies as iXL, the John Harland Company, and Geac Software. He holds an MBA from Duquesne University and a B.S. from Penn State University and is a published author.
