What does Agile•1 do?

Agile•1 provides managed staffing services to help our clients create a streamlined and efficient contingent staffing processes. With Agile•1, you have access to our robust technology and efficient processes that work together to create one simple solution for managing the contingent staffing process.

Our requisition module allows hiring managers to notify participating vendors of available job orders. Once a vendor responds, the hiring manager will be able to use this module to organize, manage and track the status of filling that order. Further, hiring managers have access to Agile•1's on-site management services, where we use our Web-based recruiting capabilities to fill your open job orders. Our recruiting technology allows applicants to use the online application module to view open positions on the client's web site and submit personal and resume information that can be automatically downloaded into the skill-matching module, where Agile•1 managers can access a database of qualified applicants. Once a position has been staffed, the timekeeping module provides a streamlined process for timekeeping, billing and invoicing. In addition to simplifying the time card approval process, it also creates one centralized Web location to provide billing information that's accessible to staffing vendors, contract staff and hiring managers.

First, the hiring manager submits an online requisition using the requisition module . Based on the manager's preferences, the system can be customized so that the requisition can be sent directly to the managed service provider, who will proceed to notify specified staffing agencies of the job order, or the manager can bypass the managed service provider and contact the sub-vendors directly. Further, hiring managers have access to Agile•1's on-site management services, where we utilize our Web-based recruiting capabilities to fill open job orders. Our recruiting technology allows us to receive applications and resumes submitted online through their company Web site through the system's online application module. All resumes and candidate information can be stored in the skill-matching module in a standardized format, allowing Agile•1 on-site managers to conduct searches for qualified candidates. Users can use the requisition system to track the status of their orders and, once a placement is made, the timekeeping module provides a streamlined way to manage the time tracking, billing and invoicing processes.
