Comprehensive Functions
When first logging onto the requisition module, users
will see a main menu page with a comprehensive list of functions
within the job fulfillment process. These include Job Requisitions,
Invoices, and Reports.
Creating Job Orders
Job orders can be created in three quick easy steps.
Simply fill out the appropriate fields regarding details about the
job responsibilities, qualifications, pay rate and which vendors to
notify. An unlimited number of skills can be defined. The order is
then disbursed to the appropriate vendors electronically. Suppliers
then submit resumes electronically.
Approving or Rejecting Job Orders and Invoices
Within the Job Requisitions and Invoice windows,
authorized users can review and approve or reject a job order or
invoice with a click of a button.
