Agile•1 has a unique recruiting process that enables us to effectively and rapidly fulfill job orders for clients. We utilize our powerful online application module to collect applicant information which can be automatically downloaded into our skill matching system. Our skill matching system allows us to automatically track employees throughout the hiring process, as well as view all pre-screened applicants and assignment histories to see if any of their skills match the requirements of open positions. Online Application Module

Applicants can speed through the online application process using Agile•1's online application module, an application management and interview scheduling system. Candidates can view open job listings and submit personal and resume information via the Web quickly and easily. With this unique and powerful tool, an applicant's information uploads directly into Agile•1's skill matching system, or virtually any other database, eliminating the need for clerical staff to key in candidate information. Further, Agile•1 has unlimited access to posting jobs on job boards, such as Monster.com. For candidates who already have a resume stored on the Monster site, our module allows them to instantly download that information into our application. Additionally, the system enables applicants to schedule an interview according to the user's preferences.

Skill-Matching Module

Agile•1's sophisticated electronic skill-matching and resume management system, allows us to maximize job placements for clients by drawing upon our own knowledge base of pre-screened contingent workers. Our managers can enter contingent employee information, such as assessment scores and skill levels, which can be used to custom-match employees with job requirements and within pre-determined order periods.

This software has a document and information control feature that is entirely electronic in nature and can manage a multitude of tasks, including resume scanning and management, and employee history. Furthermore, this module captures and stores business data and allows us to generate customized online management reports, useful for making critical management decisions.

For clients with less demanding staffing requirements, Agile•1’s requisition module includes a ranking feature that allows hiring managers to easily identify candidates who have a higher probability of meeting skill requirements. Staffing vendors attach resumes and enter personal information and job skills, and the system automatically ranks the skills against the requirements in the job requisition.
