need for clerical staff to key in candidate information. Further,
Agile•1 has unlimited access to posting jobs on job boards, such as
Monster.com. For candidates who already have a resume stored on the
Monster site, our module allows them to instantly download that
information into our application. Additionally, the system enables
applicants to schedule an interview according to the user's preferences.
Skill-Matching Module
Agile•1's sophisticated electronic skill-matching and
resume management system, allows us to maximize job placements for
clients by drawing upon our own knowledge base of pre-screened
contingent workers. Our managers can enter contingent employee
information, such as assessment scores and skill levels, which can
be used to custom-match employees with job requirements and within
pre-determined order periods.
This software has a document and information
control feature that is entirely electronic in nature and can manage
a multitude of tasks, including resume scanning and management,
and employee history. Furthermore, this module captures and
